Service Scope

VPNKind provides international routes for cross-border access and access to compatible client software. Routes are categorized by use and type; available options are shown in the client. The service provides network connectivity only and does not include accounts, memberships, content licenses, or other paid benefits for third-party websites, AI tools, or streaming platforms.

Use of third-party services remains subject to their regional, account, and content rules. A route establishing a connection does not mean a third-party service will permit access, nor does it guarantee ongoing availability on any particular platform. Clients and subscriptions are available through the user panel.

Accounts and Devices

No email address is required; you can create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not publish them or let others manage them. If credentials are exposed or used unexpectedly, change your password promptly and describe the issue in a support ticket through the user panel.

There is no device limit for the account holder's own devices. This does not permit public account sharing, subscription resale, route rental, or paid access for others. Do not resell the service by sharing credentials or distributing subscriptions, or interfere with other users' connections.

Billing and Refund Guidance

Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date. When upgrading mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into the remaining days. Data packages remain available until used and do not expire. The two product types have different data rules, so check the product type, price, and data allowance before choosing. Check the selected plan and payment details before confirming an order, then verify its status in the panel after payment. If you have a question about payment receipt or your data allowance, provide the relevant order details in a support ticket. Do not post login credentials or subscription details publicly.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for eligibility and instructions.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations of your location and any regions relevant to your use, and determine for yourself whether the content you access and your purpose for using the service are lawful. Do not use the service for fraud, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, distributing unlawful content, or other illegal activity.

Do not access systems without authorization, conduct malicious scans or attacks, distribute malware, or send unsolicited messages. Do not use abnormal requests to consume shared resources or disrupt route operations. Network connectivity does not remove your responsibility for your own conduct, submitted content, or third-party accounts.

Availability and Limitations of Liability

Connection quality may be affected by your local network, carrier links, device settings, maintenance, and changes to third-party service rules. VPNKind does not guarantee a connection at every time, location, or for every purpose, or promise a fixed speed, exit point, or ongoing access to specific content.

If a problem occurs, first check your local connection and client status, then include the error message and circumstances in a support ticket. Keep backups of important data and avoid relying on a single connection for critical operations. To the extent permitted by applicable law, VPNKind is not liable for losses caused by factors outside its control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that must be accepted by law.

Account Termination and Changes to These Terms

In cases of unlawful use, resale or sharing, attacks, or disruption to service operations, VPNKind may suspend the relevant connection or account based on the risk. Serious or repeated violations may result in termination. Any action should be proportionate to the actual risk. If you disagree, explain the circumstances and request a review through a support ticket in the panel.

These terms may be updated in response to service changes or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page and, where necessary, announced on the site; the month shown at the top of the page will also be updated. Changes affecting important user rights will be explained before they take effect. If you have questions about a change, contact support before continuing to use the service.
